Super comfortable, runs large

If in between sizes,size up
Shoes are nice but they run small & narrow. I have sent 2 emails to Shoetopia since these were received 5 days ago asking for either a larger size or refund and have heard nothing back. Not good customer service, afraid I am stuck with a pair I shoes I cannot wear.
Run large.
I have narrow feet so the width is great, but they do run small. If I had gone up a size they would have been perfect!
Shoes are stiff, a bit on the large side and not comfortable at all. The front comes up and presses against your ankle when you walk making it painful. . And zipper is cute but makes a jingle sound when you walk. Very disappointed. Hoping to return. I ordered an 8.
Love these shoes. They fit my feet just fine. Just a little tight in my toes.

The first time I wore the boots, the strap that goes around just snapped while I was walking. I’ve emailed the company and am waiting to hear back.
The first time I wore them, when I took them off both insoles came out!! Not good!
I normally wear a size 6.5. I ordered a 6.5. These are so big that I can’t wear them. They are probably a full size too big. They are cute and I would wear them if I could.
