Very cute, but order 1/2 size up

These squished my toes! Tried to wear them today and they are too small. I’ve ordered from here before and always ordered my usual size 9, but these run smaller than a 9. I would say they fit more like an 8 or 8 1/2 and the toe area is narrow so they are too tight. I quickly tried them on when I received them, but now that the weather was cool enough to wear it’s been over a month that I have have them so I’m sure nothing I can do about it... I also noticed they came with a spot on the toe of the right shoe, kind of a black spot that won’t come off. Edit: I took a chance and contacted the seller- they are working with me on an exchange! Their customer service is so very amazing!!!!

Shipped very quickly. Haven't actually worn yet, but they look really soft. Am excited to wear them!

The shoes themselves are beautiful. They are a bit snug so I contacted the seller asking for support on an exchange. I ordered through them once before and returned the item to exchange notating what I needed on the packing slip. A refund was issued instead. I thought emailing them would stop this from happening again. 4 days later and no reply. I will pack them up with a note requesting exchange and hope for the best. However, based on the lack of attention will not order from them again.

Favorite for Fall!!

Super comfy shoes but was super disappointed in the appearance. I ordered the gray ones and when they came, the soles of the shoes were blue - it looked like they were over sprayed from a spray paint. Not even, splotchy. It was on the white toes and sides of the soles. It looks horrible - I'm hoping it wears off. 1 month later: The over spray came off but so did the sole of one of the shoes. ☹️

Love the shoes but they seem to run a little small

I couldn't tell which was the dark blue/denim and realized I had ordered the wrong pair of shoes. Even after contacting them immediately after purchase when I realized the mistake, I never heard a peep from them and so they sent the wrong shoes. Don't get me wrong, they are fairly cute, but these people will not work with you. Also, I can visibly see the glue holding these boots together with the soles. I'd not buy these looking back.
