Strap buckle came broken. I let them know, but I won't get a new one for 3 weeks. I could have returned it to target in one day and either get a full refund or exchange with no hassle. Not happy.

Great shipping time. Glasses are as described, and look great. They were heavier and better made than what I was expecting them to be for the price. They did just come in a soft bag that was packaged in a soft envelope bag like some reviews said, but we have a great USPS mail carrier so they weren't damaged.
