Originally purchased this bag for a gift but ended up keeping it for myself. Now my everyday bag. Love

I ordered 3 necklaces but only 2 of them were the ones I had ordered. Naturally, it was the one that I was most excited about getting that was left out, and of course it was sold out by the time I got the package and realized. The seller was really apologetic and helpful, but instead of getting what I wanted, I instead had to go through the hassle of sending back the one I hadn’t ordered to get a refund. This is very discouraging since this was the first time I had ordered off Jane.com and both of my orders from 2 different vendors messed up my order and I didn’t get either item that I thought I had purchased and was looking forward to giving as gifts. Needless to say, this was the first and last time I ordered from Jane.com.
