Super cute bag! Shipped very quickly. I emailed the seller twice, no response. I had hoped to have several different letters in my name, but other than that, cute

There was nothing wrong with the tag itself. However, I chose the Harry Potter font and the first and last letter of my name were done with a letter wearing a wizard hat. This made the letter itself a lot smaller as the letter + hat was equal to a regular letter. With both the first and last letter done this way, it made the middle 3 letters of my name stick out and appear too big. Different letters without the wizard hat, only one letter with a wizard hat, or adjusting the size of the other letters would have made it look better. Over a week ago I sent I sent an email to the company letting them know I wasn’t happy and asking them to make it right. I haven’t heard anything back from them so I’m coming to write this review and reach out to Jane. Beware if you’re choosing the wizard font or any other font where certain letters might appear smaller than others- there’s apparently no quality control check to make sure the names look right before they’re printed and if you’re unhappy, the company will not return your emails.

The printed name was bleeding down the material. It’s unfortunate that I needed this for a gender reveal and couldn’t use it.

Very faded lettering and just overall not good quality. I didn’t even save it as the gift I intended it to be. I showed my daughter, and she agreed.

Very disappointed with the custom order, the letters are very stretched and tight, you can barely tell what the name is.

They are both cute. However, both water bottles broke before we were even able to use them. The seller was very responsive and sent a replacement lid, but it did not fit properly so we just gave up on these.
