This item can literally be a lifesaver! It fits perfectly on grocery cart handles, and you don't have to worry about picking up someone else's germs while you are shopping. The velcro is super strong, so it doesn't slip off. It is also machine washable and can fold up to sit in the pocket in your car door so you don't have to remember to grab it on your way out.

I never received this too, and the vendor is very sporadic with responding. I asked that they send me a replacement and expedite the shipping, and they said there's no way they can. Now they've stopped answering my emails. Never ordering this brand again!
