Plaid Shirt- Item arrived and the colors were nothing like pictured in the listing. The colors were very muted and dark. I understand shops use natural light but the variation was extremely off. The boutique has not been the easiest to work with for a return. Customer service seemed offened I would ask to return an item. My return package has been delivered back the warehouse for 2 weeks and I've heard nothing regarding confirmation of return or refund. This is the first issue I've ever had with a return but I will ensure I don't purchase from this seller again!
