I am new to Jane and so far my experience has been VERY BAD. First of all, it should not be hard to return an item that does not work for you. I am involved in a nightmare trying to return something - most trustworthy companies give you a workable timeframe to return something. Plus a trustworthy company provides an 800# so it is easy to contact them. Jane makes it difficult. Also I have an item I have never received (the Nora Cardigan) but Jane has sent me an email asking me to REVIEW it. A mailing label was made for the item on Sept 27 and USPS is still waiting for the item !!!! But there again there is no EASY way to contact a person and get help. I like clothes and purchase alot. But this company is not worth the hassel. No more.

I LOVE this tunic! It's lightweight, has pockets, and fits true to size. I'm usually a 10 and ordered a large.

I love this shirt, but it's tighter and fits smaller than expected. I usually wear a 10 or Large and the Large, which says is a 10-12 is tight.

I have not received the shirt yet.

I have yet to receive this item after 2 weeks and the seller will not respond to my email.

I bought an XL and normally wear a Lg and it fits perfectly, just long.
