I gave it a 4 because it is fitted. I am an L/XL. I was hoping in the XL it would be a little more flowy, like the model in the pictures. Other than that, I LOVE this. I bought the green (beautiful color) and black. Now I want a few more colors. These are going to be so perfect for work!
