This skirt is really cute. The waste is pretty small. While the skirt fits, I'm thinking the elastic may dig into me. I wear either a 10 or a 12 (medium or large depending on brand) and the large feels almost too small.

The dress is cute. I wear between a medium and a large. I ordered a large because of my larger bust. The dress is almost too big. I don't love the fabric though.
