Perfect! Comfortable, covers my nose and mouth and are washable!

I haven't even received it yet!!

Not pleased. Requested a refund because it had been so long. They said they could not issue a refund because my order had already shipped and they they had no control over the deliver status of DHL. They sent me tracking saying that it was shipped 4/22. Just received an email five minutes ago stating that they were not able to fullfill the order and that it would be shipped on the 30th. I ordered this product on April 9th!

Do not waste your time ordering. I was told my order would ship on 4/16. I then got an email a few days ago that it finally shipped. Then today (4/24) I got an email saying it's been delayed by the vendor. Are these coming from China? It started in LA, then to Texas, then to IL and now saying they have a delay in shipment.

Shipping estimates have been changed and moved back. I would have ordered this product from another seller if I had known it would take over a month to receive this item. I still have not received my order and have no confidence it will be here in any timely manner. This should have been included in the description when I ordered.

I'm sorry to leave such a bad review but, under the circumstances of not getting my items after 2 weeks from ordering is not a "GOOD" deal. I don't know how well these are made or what they're made of so I cannot comment on that. I am just telling you of the customer service I am having and I believe that "IS" the "MOST" important thing when you are suppose to provide a product or service to the public. I may change amy opinion after I get them but, for mow I am not happy !!

long process time and conflicting shipping notifications. by the time we get this product we will no longer need them. Not Happy!

I don't know about the product because I haven't received it. I ordered this April 9th. It is now April 24 and I was just notified that the item won't be shipped until April 30th!!!! My city has declared that no one can go outside without a mask. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!

I purchased two face masks. They are very soft, however one is significantly smaller than the other. They still work perfectly though, just a little surprised by the size difference when both were ordered in adult size.

Have not received my face masks!! It has been a few weeks and no masks! This is an item I NEEDED! I hope J get them before the Covid 19 is over!
