I still don't have my order. It should have shipped by 4/16 according to their posting but it is still processing.

Took way too longer to get here. Will not be ordering off Jane again.

Because i don't have it yet and the seller attributes the delay in giving me tracking info, if not the mask, to DHL

Still have not received these. Was told they shipped the 16. When asked about my order the response was not courteous.

Covers great and elastic ears are comfortable.

I haven’t even received it yet!!!!!! This is RIDICULOUS on how long it is taking to get it.....ordered April 8th, and it’s not even close to being here......am really disappointed with Jane.....I have given soooo many chances and every thing I order takes weeks and weeks and weeks....not likely to order again!!!! So if I could give NO STARS!!!!thats what I would give.

This mask is well worth the money. It’s great quality and fits comfortably. I would definitely recommend.

It did not have the pocket insert and the elastic was not great quality.

Bought for daughter and she really liked.

I have not received this product at all and I am upset that it has taken this long and would not recommend this vendor

4/24/2020- I ordered this product on 4/9/2020 and still have-not received it, so I cannot rate the product. I do want to say that I believe this is the shipping companies fault. I did write to them questioning it and they did respond and state that they were still waiting on the shipping information from DHL, so for now I'll give them a pass but I will update this review after I get the product.

I'd love to review it if I had received them. You told me around the 15th. Then I got an email saying they were shipped on the 21st and I'm still waiting

Never got my product. They didn’t put my apartment on the shipment so now it says a dead letter. Wish I could say I got it and loved it

Still have not received my order. Ordered on April 9th. Was supposed to ship on the April 16th. Still have not received. As of now my masks are in Texas and probably will be here by May 1, 2020. No apology from vendor who took 40,000 orders for these masks. Do not order! You’ll be waiting forever.
