The XL was sized like a small.
Love these skirts! Have several colors and I get a lot of compliments when I wear them.

Very pleased! I ordered an XL (fits size 14-16) knowing it would be too small. (I’m a size 18) but I just loved the shirt so much! I am losing weight, so I could wear it by winter. Low and behold! I get it in the mail and it actually fits! It’s not as flowy as in the picture but it doesn’t need to be! Paired it with jeans and even dress pants and it looks great with a slightly more “fitted” look!
It fits great BUT.... This material is extremely sheer and will require a slip... unless of course you want everyone seeing your bra and undies. Remember the tissue paper you used in elementary school to make crafts like paper flowers? Yeah, the fabric is thin like that. It's a very cheap polyester like something from a dollar store. Darn, total waste of money.
