Ordered a medium and it’s fitted in the shoulder and arms but loose and swingy elsewhere. Trendy and feminine

cute shirt! the taupe color is a darker gray than I thought but I still really like it. It’s a slinky fabric I wasn’t expecting but I feel like it will stay pretty cool throughout the day
It fit perfect but the material feels a little cheap and looks like they just cut the scallop pattern part of the blouse without hemming it up. I’m afraid to wash it because it will get scraggy! I like this brand but I was disappointed with this blouse!
