I ordered a medium when I usually wear a large. However, I do have many piko shirts similar to what the model is wearing but the shirt did not fit like that. It was very short, stopping at my waist in the front and a tas longer in the back. The pockets hit me slightly above the pants line.

I sized up for comfort reasons, it’s a little big though still if you plan to have the tucked in look. Nice though! Love it

Arms were a little tight.

After reading reviews I decided to size down and I'm glad I did. The arms and chest fit perfectly while the rest of the dress is VERY flowy and hangs away from the body. I'm about 5' 6" and somewhere around 175 lbs with a B/C cup chest (it fluctuates since I'm also nursing). I usually wear a large so I got a medium, and both dresses hang right at the bottom of my knees. I got 2 colors, the grey/white and the burgandy/white. The burgundy is a beautiful color and a very soft, slightly stretchy and bouncy material. However, the grey dress is a completely different fabric. It has almost no stretch and the fabric itself is pretty coarse. It doesnt feel too bad until you put it on and then it's very itchy, almost like you're wearing a dress made of dish rags. I wanted to like both of them but I'm not sure I'll be keeping the grey one since I can't wear it without feeling like I'm being poked everywhere. The pockets are decently sized and don't add any bulk around the hips like some dress pockets can, but I also haven't actually used them to hold anything, which may or may not make them stick out some. Overall I love the dresses, I just wish the grey one was made of the same type of fabric as the burgundy.
