The size was much larger than described. I could have went down two more sizes. And what I thought was metal buttons at the top were actually half of a snap.

I got a medium, which is my usual shirt size. I like the relaxed fit and the twist detail, and the jailbird stripes!
Extremely long and the elastic waist band twists inside of the fabric. Not as well made as I'd hoped.
