Cute shirt just fits very small

I was instructed to order size smaller because this shirt ran large. So I ordered a small when I normally order a medium and it was to small:( Very misleading. And trying to return the shirt and the company is not responding to my emails. First bad experience with jane:(

Order your typical T-shirt size. If you want it to fit a little extra flowy and longer, add a size. Love this shirt.

I went up a size like they said if you wanted it loose in the waist, glad I did! It’s perfect and I’m hoping to order more❤️

I can pull off a small or medium top at 5’2” 140#. I went with a medium & it’s a little big so next time it came up I grabbed a small (which should be delivered any day) the top is amazing quality, the feel of the fabric is so soft!
