Arm size is very large. Ordered a small- and it’s pretty oversized on me

I'm a large and I ordered an XL due to reviews saying it runs small... It's still kinda snug in the XL and the two top colors collide right at nipple level for me. I'm a DD. It's not terrible looking but I did find myself trying to pull it down all day. I also had to wear an under shirt because the middle white section is pretty see through.
Loved the shirt but it was way too big.
Cute shirt, does run large. If i wanted to take the time to return for new size i would but i will make it work
