Perfect Button-Through Top

I have no comments on the fit of the top, just the customer service. I emailed the company twice (with no response) because my order was still processing three weeks after I had placed it. I also noticed that I had been charged for the shirt whenever I placed the order instead of when it shipped. I asked them to cancel it and refund me because no one was responding to my emails. Then they finally shipped it. Tickled Teal, please don't leave your customers hanging.
