Shipping takes forever

Not soft like the picture looks, top part tight, shipping takes forever

It's a little boxy, but the ruffle at the bottom is super cute.

What I received looked nothing like the picture. What I received was a short sleeve, off the shoulder DRESS. I ordered a top, not a dress. Very disappointed.

Sleeves and upper body run small.
