I purchased a medium 6-8 and this is clearly a 8-10. Frustrated. Good quality shirt & design

I have yet to receive this item. As much as I would love to give this a good review, I can't tell you how the quality is. I have reached out to Tickled Teal, but they have not responded. I will give this one more week and if it does not arrive, I will be canceling the order.

The vest is very cute, but the fabric is a very thin flannel.
Item has never been received. Says shipped and gave DHS tracking number. DHS says it is a fraudulent tracking number to contact the seller. I did and no response.
I never received my top nor did I receive a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Sleeves are a bit short.
