These are definitely NOT unisex fit. I ordered a medium, under the impression that my shirts would be slightly baggy and loose due to the "unisex" fit that was on the listing, and the shirt is definitely more like a women's fit. I have broad shoulders, wear a 36A bra size, have a 27.5" waist, and am normally a women's size 6, and this shirt is VERY fitted. Fits more like a small in unisex fit, but definitely a women's size medium. The shirt length is good. Hopefully this helps if you're looking for a true unisex fit/a little bit looser fit!
