These pants are so weird, the sizing is TOTALLY WRONG. I've ordered 2 pair in different sizes and they are still too small.

I really wanted to love this! I purchased this for a Christmas gift, when it was opened a wire seems to be bent and it took over an hour to get back in the bag. I have emailed the company twice, along with Jane customer service and have not gotten any replies. I would love to leave a better rating if customer service were better.
