Looks like something from a 25cent gum ball machine made from plastic with smudged name and spelled wrong.

This is an unfortunate review. 1.) The buyer never reached out to me with any problems. 2.) Its obviously metal and not plastic. 3.) If the name is spelled wrong, why not tell me? And 4.) Smudged? That's not even possible. Please don't let one person's fiery review take away the fact that they spent less than $7 on a personalized, handmade item.

In defense of this item, this person paid a purchase price of $7.99 for a personalized, handmade item, produced from Sterling Silver. Sometimes you need to take a note for what you are paying, and what the outcome is--Where else can you find a personalized, sterling silver necklace for less than $10? So to say they are "low quality" without expressing what that actually means, and "basic"--its a rectangle with a name, yeah, its pretty basic....there isn't any "flair", its exactly as shown. I stand by the quality and craftsmanship in this item.
