Horrible customer service. I’ve spent three weeks emailing everyday trying to get an update on tracking info. I reached out to this company on Facebook, email and website. No response. They have now “restocked” this on jane.com and I’ve yet to see the order I placed. Requested refund and still no response. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and will be filing a claim.

Bought two sizes as I was unsure which would fit better, turns out the larger size fit nicer. However, the print is crooked on the larger size. :(

I love the fit of the hat. Typically hats are too big and make my ears look funny, but not this one. I got the coral and gray and love both colors. The distressing on the hats is tastefully done. Product was shipped very quickly.

This is the softest light-weight sweatshirt ever! Nice long sleeves, too. I’m 5’10”, 145lbs, usually wear a small but sized up just in case. A small would’ve been fine, but I like a little room in my sweatshirts so a medium was perfect!
