These hats were much bigger than standard hats. I had it completely to the end of the Velcro and can’t wear it due to the Velcro sticking out on the side.

I received my bag really quickly which I appreciate. The bag looks exactly like the picture. however, it was a little smaller than I expected and smelled like fake leather and chemicals. I let it air out, but it didn't fix the smell. When I reached out to customer support on March 29, I asked them to help me return the item. On their website it says 14 day return policy, but its now April 13 and I still haven't heard anything back from them. If there's a chance you will return it, I suggest buying it from another retailer.

I love this bag!

I loved the large size, however there were threads that hang a bit loose from the wrist hole that I had to cut but I’ve had if for about a month now and it’s still great!

This is the sweetest necklace. I am in love with it, I got the rose gold and it's petite and so pretty.

The only reason I gave three stars is because you sent the wrong color on both hats that I purchased. They were gifts and sent from you directly to my granddaughters in another state so I didn’t see them before hand. It’s too much of a hassle to return them and they wore them before I saw a picture of the on.
