A bit bigger then it looked to be in the pictures but great bag.

I LOVE THIS BAG. It is big. Which i need. Because lets be honest, I have a ton of stuff that I like to carry around. its very soft and there are quite a few different pockets that keeps my stuff more organized. And I love that its a backpack and it has the quick shoulder strap that I can us when I am just trying to quickly get from one place to the next!

I ordered this hat and it said it was delivered, and I never received it. Reached out to Dani and Em, and they told me to contact Jane. I contacted Jane and they credited my Jane account. I decided to try to buy it again because I wanted it for my daughters Easter basket. This time I received the package. My daughter loves it and it's cute. Only reason I gave 3 stars is because of how they handled the situation the first time by just saying reach out to Jane.
