I am giving 2 stars because she shipped me the product and it’s well made but she got my flowers wrong and has not replied to me. It’s going to be a month since I received the item and she still hasn’t gotten back to me. I want my necklace with the right flowers! I even asked for a return shipping label to send this one back and nothing. Still waiting on Jane’s reply too. I want my money back if I can’t have the right necklace!
