I ordered two pairs of earrings. It said that it shipped quickly but the package never came. After a month of it saying “in transit” I tried to email the seller. They never returned my email even after I sent a follow up email. I finally requested a refund but since it was such a long time after I ordered, they could only issue me a credit.

I bought two necklaces and one is missing the last flower. I have emailed and messaged on Facebook and Instagram with no response. I am very upset because these were ordered for Christmas gifts. Although they are pretty I’m very disappointed with this seller and how they go about fixing their mistake… which is by not acknowledging the issue at all.

The necklaces are great…I ordered five different messages and one came missing one of the flowers. Not sure how to get in touch to get it corrected.
