I ordered this as a Christmas gift and I still have not been able to give. The product arrived in terrible condition: letters were crooked and not spaced evenly,ink stains, and over all poorly done. I contacted the seller with pictures and she stated that she had someone helping her stamp this holiday season and this one was "clearly not a good job". I'm assuming she didn't look at her product before sending it. She also stated that she would send another one, but has yet to do so. I have contacted Jane to see what they can do since the seller does not seem to care about customer service, and has been unresponsive to emails ever since she said she would send a new bracelet.

Absolutely AWFUL customer service!!! I placed my order on 11/6/17 and it is 1/1/18 and I have yet to receive my item OR an explanation about why I haven’t received it after sending multiple emails!

Beautifully made! The rose gold color is very subtle and goes with everything. I love it!

Buyer beware. I never received the bracelet I purchased. I've tried to contact the seller through emails, with absolutely no response. The tracking number I received shows only that a label was printed, but the item never shipped, almost 2 months ago! So irritated! Not the way to do business. I won't be buying anything from this seller EVER again!

I have not received this item & and all the links to track the shipment is not updated. They have the shipment pending since Dec 20. Today is Dec 30. This is the 2nd time thus has happened to me using Jane.com. These items were Christmas gifts.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my mother. One of the stones was to represent a December birthday. When the necklace arrived the stone was the incorrect color. I contacted the seller and asked if the necklace could be replaced by March (so it could be a birthday gift for my mother since the Christmas gift didnt work out) with the December stone being corrected. The seller's response was that her CHOICE of birthstone color for December was correct. My husband knows his birthstone! How are you going to argue with a 50 yr old about their birthstone? I provided her with several links to birthstone information from the Gemological Institute of America. I would not recommend this seller.

Cute. Good value for the price. These are very large, go below my earlobe, but I like that look. I would buy them again.
