I got the shipping notice on Dec 15, but the package never made it to UPS. So I assume it got lost. I’ve contacted the seller multiple times asking about a refund or replacement and haven’t heard back.

Finally received these after several times contacting the seller and tracking stating It was shipped Dec 15 and due to arrive before Christmas. The product is great but took extremely long to receive.

Took a while to get it, but still very pretty and overall happy with the necklace

Pretty, short post

I have still yet to receive my two necklaces that I ordered. The tracking number says that, "November 24, 2017 at 5:04 pm Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending BROOKINGS, SD 57006 " I emailed the seller before Christmas with no response. Of course these were Christmas presents and Christmas has came and gone. I would love to have my product or my money back.

I ordered this ornament on Nov 26 and it is now AFTER Christmas and I have yet to receive anything.
