My mom loved this at Christmas!

This item was made incorrectly and printed with the wrong name. I reached out to the maker, asking for a reprint or a refund, but received no response. Highly unprofessional.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Seller spelled one of the names on my purchase wrong. (I rechecked to make sure it wasn’t my own fault, it was not) Reached out for this to be fixed and never heard a response despite three different emails. Received a refund through Jane. Will not order from this company again.

My order arrived late and the spelling of one of the names did not match what I had written in my order. I contacted the seller 17 days ago to see if this could be resolved and I still have not received a response. At this point I cannot give the gift to my mom for Christmas (I bought it in on Nov. 9th!) and I’m out the money I spent on this
