It took a long time to receive the print

Product looks great, but wrong name on one of the daughters. I’ve attempted contact with the seller multiple times without a reply and this was a Christmas gift.

Amazing!! Got it for my mom for a birthday present and she loves it!! The shipping did take longer than expected but the quality made up for it. The mail lady also left it on my porch in the rain so I appreciated the plastic on the photo so it wasn’t ruined ❤️

Buyers beware! Item shipped late, I received the wrong item and the seller didn’t respond to my emails. All around awful experience with this seller!

This item arrived much later than expected. That alone would not have bothered me. I contacted the seller a few times. I got a response once that it was still coming. But it arrived today and it’s completely wrong! I can’t give this to my mom now and I am so upset.

Never got it but was refunded

I order two of these and only received one. I have emailed the seller twice now and have gotten no response.

I didn’t get what I ordered. I was sent someone else’s picture. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and I doubt I will get a replacement in time. I have emailed the shop owner multiple times providing evidence and order details and the owner has yet to respond. Will be contacting Jane directly if this continues.
