Ordered on December 1st-still haven't received it. According to tracking the post office has not accepted it nor has it been scanned into their system Emailed asking about a refund and no response from the seller Buyer beware! UPDATED! FINALLY received a refund after sending the whole conversation to [email protected] where I point out that the seller has been lying and that I've asked for a refund 4 times and the seller is now says that Jane is handling the issue because they had 6500 packages with problems. For those having problems with claiming a refund try doing the same!
