I ordered 3 weeks ago & I still haven't received the product or a response from the seller. The event ordered this to wear to has now passed.

Merry Christmas Tree Tops

Rating:

Ordered first of December, it's 6 days before Christmas no product. Every interaction with customer service blames pandemic for no product delivered. I've received other orders so not sure I am believing that's the truth. Refuses to refund my money despite 2 requests. Appears to be a cute product but if you are looking to receive the product in less than a month, don't order. You may be out your money
