I got an email saying they were shipped on 12/31 and on 1/10 still no update on the tracking of this shipping. Seems like I will never actually receive my order. Update: This order arrived on 1/15, however the packing slip was for someone else's order.

The shoe ran small for me. This is literally the best company. I asked for a refund, to which they gave to me, and instead of letting me return the shoe, they told me to give to someone that was In need and to put a smile on someone’s face. They’re so good to work with you. I’ll definitely be buying from them again.

LOVE them. My first pair of booties, and I love them.

These were very cute shoes but didn’t fit my feet well. The top part of the shoe was too wide so when I walk my foot would slip right out. Not sure if a smaller size would’ve helped as the length was what I needed. Customer service was very helpful, however!

Ordered these over two weeks ago and paid $7 shipping and still have not received. Can you just cancel the order?

These are much more glittery than you can tell in the pictures. I ordered the burgundy and they are more magenta with gold glittery material. They are still cute, just not what I was expecting.

Usually I am a 7.5 or 8. I risked it and ordered 7.5 unfortunately they came too small. I was super bummed! I reached out to shoetopia. I got in touch with Kristen. She was amazing!! They did not have an 8 in stock (booo) so we started the return process. Kristen told me to keep the boots and share them with someone that might like them or to donate them! I volunteer at a battered women's shelter and will be dropping them off there. I cant wait to put a smile on someones face. Most certainly would purchase from them again.

I have not received the shoes yet. This is the last time I ever buy anything from This seller or Jane again. Happens to me every time ☹️
