I never received these, then after several weeks my money was just refunded to my account and the order was cancelled.

Giving this 5 stars even though they didn’t fit. The customer service was excellent in dealing with my return request. Really appreciate Kristen and her quick responses. These shoes didn’t work on my foot, but I’ll definitely purchase from this vendor again.

Ordered these on 12/25 and haven’t received them yet. I got a tracking number, but there were no updates until 1/8, and it said it’s still in LA. Hoping when they get here, everything will be great and I can change my rating.

These are great! The fit is good, and they are soft and comfortable. Love the color, love that its a full bootie, but also lets your feet breathe. Heal height is good too!

Only for skinny calves. I don’t even have large calves just muscular and I couldn’t get them over.

Super cute, just like the picture. I would definitely recommend going up a whole size. I usually wear an 8.5 and got a nine, but could have totally gotten an 9.5. UPDATE: The bootie does give in once worn a couple of times. I have plenty of room at this point. However, I've only had these for a couple of weeks (and worn a handful of times) and the sole is already deteriorating like I've had the shoes for years.

These shoes were so cute but they shipped me the wrong size and I cannot wear them. The package stated a 10 as well as my receipt but each shoe was labeled a 9 and way too small. I am extremely disappointed that whomever pacakaged these shoes did not double check that very important detail.

I placed this order on December 20 and did not receive the shoes until January 9. The material appeared cheap and they were too big.

The seams where the shoe laces are, ripped after the first wear. Contacted the seller and had no response. Cheaply made and poor customer service.

Love these boots so comfy and i read the other reviews saying they ran a little big so i ordered a half size smaller and they fit great with warm socks to keep my feet nice and toasty

The boots were way too small. I contacted them about exchanging them for a bigger size and it wasn’t available. They sent me a full refund and let me keep the boots to donate!

Too big wasnt aware

These shoes are beautiful! However, they run small length AND width wise. I couldn't zip it over my foot (not even a calf problem). Plus, all the lace ups are hard to handle. I wear a size 10 and ordered a size 10.

Very cute shoe! Took forever to get here but I don’t think that was the sellers fault.i ordered during busy Christmas season and I think it hit a couple of snags with the snail mail. Shoe is very becoming on. I can wear 6 1/2 or 7 and ordered the 7. Fit is great. Zipper on back makes it easier to get on...the bow part does not move. I am a leopard freak so this will look good with my other pairs! I would order from this seller again....just not at Christmas😉
