I ordered size 9 and got 8.5. And, the zipper came broken on one shoe. Cute and I’d like a replacement. How do i go about returning?

Runs small.Very stiff. Took over 2 weeks to receive.

Size down. Very cute and comfortable but just a little too big. I wear a 6 1/2 and had to size down to a 6.

The back of these shoes has no give to them and they rubbed terribly. The size was correct and it was true to size, just not comfortable at all.

I LOVE these boots! I am so pleasantly surprised with the quality because the price was so great. I added some inserts because they ran a bit big, but LOVE them. Want them in more colors now, just waiting for them to add more stock!
