Size was way too small. I’m extremely disappointed. I was excited to receive these and when I did I I couldn’t believe how small they fit. I was able to give them to my mom who’s a size 9-9 1/2 and they fit her perfectly, I ordered a size 11. ORDER UP ladies! I sent four emails and no one ever responded to any of them. Very disappointed at their customer service.

I thought they were too tight at first but the stretched as I wore them through the day. The color was less grey and more taupe

DO NOT BUY FROM! Sent me wrong color, emailed. They didn't email back. 4 business days go by. Email again. They email back. Apologize, then make and excuse about their inventory system needing something new, say they will send the right color, if they have it. I wait. A week goes by. I EMAIL THEM AGAIN. They say oh yeah sending you out a new pair now. Heres your fake tracking number. Tracking number sayings its just waiting to leave the facility. Its been a month now. TERRIBLE COMPANY. I DONT WANT WHITE SHOES. WHAT THE HELL.

Never received my order

Shipping was very, very slow with poor updating. The shipping partner would go days or even a week at a time with no update. The order finally arrived 2 weeks after being shipped. I wear an 8 and ordered an 8. I don’t think fit is a problem unless you are trying to wear very thick socks. It is true that there is very little insole support.

I originally ordered a size 6 1/2 and they were tight so I had to re-order a size 7 and the 6 1/2 I gave to one of my aunts because they do not send a free return shipping label and if I wanted to return it the cost for shipping would’ve been $35. When I got the size I needed they were so comfy and really adorable I love them!!
