Never received my order and have tried contacting the shop twice 😡😡😡 They do not return emails. If/when I receive my order, I will come back and edit my review. As of now, I’m very disappointed. I’ll be contacting Jane for a refund if I don’t hear back this week.

When I received the order, the hair on three of the four women was incorrect. I sent them an email with a copy of my order details and a photo of the incorrect poster. I requested that they send a new product with the hair corrected. I received no reply to my email. After several days, I sent a follow-up email to confirm that they received my first email. Still not response from them. Poor customer service on all accounts. Extremely disappointed.

Picture arrived with misspelled name. I have tried to contact the seller and have not heard a response.

Product turned out good once I finally received it. It only took 3 weeks which I was told it would ship within a week. Asked the seller for a refund since they wouldn’t ship my order and was given no response. Very bad experience ordering from Glacelis and would not recommend if you need it anytime soon, expect a solid month before receiving your order.

I bought a picture for my mother and over three weeks went by and I never received it. I contacted them 3 times and Jane tried. No response. Thankfully Jane was very helpful and refunded my money immediately.

Took one star off because shipping took a lot longer than expected but seller kept me updated and informed so that was appreciated.

Order took longer than expected, but very happy with the picture. My mom will love it!

I love this so much! The shipping was delayed and they did not respond to my email, but it arrived in plenty of time for Christmas. LOVE IT

Mine arrived with a noticeable bend/crease in across it. Also, the seller doesn't send you a proof or allow you any input other then the drop-down menu on the order page. So I ended up with a picture that looks nothing like me or my mom. I get that it's just the suggestion of the people it represents, but the one that represents me looks like a very young woman (I'm 46) with an older woman who has a grey bun (my mom has all grey hair but it is short, no bun). Pretty disappointed overall.

Placed an order at the beginning of November, after about 2 and a half weeks I reached out to seller to see when my package would be shipped since I still had no updates. Seller apologized and said it would be on its way and gave me a new tracking number. Today I checked the tracking of my package and it was delivered to a completely wrong address in a town 4 hours away from me. At this point I really would just like a refund.

Worst thing ever, hair style was not right very disappointed it was a gift and not sure what to do, also took over three weeks to ship

Ordered 2. Received one. The one I did receive is beautiful but the other is no where to be seen and I have reached out from seller but have not heard back yet. Looking at all these bad reviews now I hope I can get it still.
