Oh my gosh. Better then I expected! This is going to make such a beautiful Christmas gift for my mom.

Ordered a print Nov 9 and still don’t have it. I have sent 2 emails but no response from seller. I’m getting very aggravated and want a refund.

They sent me the wrong one so now I don’t have a gift for my mom. Pretty disappointed that it took longer than quoted to get here and now when it arrived, it’s wrong.

I never got it! Emailed the seller and never got a response.

Picture is very nice and my mom will love it. I’m giving 3 stars for late shipping. Ordered nov 8 Ship date was nov 12. Received email it will be shipped nov 15 and it was not. I contacted seller and she replied with apology but no time frame of new delivery. On nov 19 went through Jane asking for refund and I was contacted by seller on nov 21 saying it will be mailed that day and it was not but was mailed on the 22nd. I’m thankful this seller came through. I started seeing bad reviews and thought they were not a legit company which is why I reached out for a refund.

Did not receive my product as USPS misdelivered it. The seller has terrible customer service and just doesn’t respond to email or DM. Will not buy from Glacis again.

The shipping was super delayed with no response from the company about the whereabouts. And the daughter drawing (the one with her hand behind the mom’s back) on mine has 2 hands....

I still haven’t received this item. I was so excited to get this for a birthday present and now I’m not going to receive it in time to give to my mom. I reached out to the seller and they said they were busy because of seasonal delays. It’s now over a week past their estimated delivery date. If the date of delivery would have been listed different I wouldn’t have ordered the product.

Unfortunately I have to leave a low review currently. It’s a shame they ask for a review before the person even receives the product they were supposed to receive over a week ago. 😩 really feeling this site may not be legit! Will update review if I receive my product I purchased.

I placed my order on Nov 8 and have yet to receive it. It hasn’t even been shipped when I track my order. It said it would be shipped by Nov 13 and then got pushed back to Nov 16 but now we’re at Nov 21 and I’ve received no further update. If I happen to receive the item and love it, I’d be happy to update my review. But definitely not happy right now.

Have not received this yet. I guess it’s still on it’s way. Hopefully it didn’t get lost in the mail.

I have still not received my order. The store has not communicated when it will be sent and Jane has also not helped rectify the issue. Do not purchase from them.

SO far this rating based on delivery. In an email I was told it would ship by Nov. 13. More than a week later it has not been shipped. VERY disappointed. *** I will correct this if I ever get my print
