I like it but it is a very small mug

My mug was never delivered to me. It shows it got delivered to an entirely wrong state.

The mug is cute and I am sure my bestie will love it. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service. The listing stated the item would be shipped Friday, 02/09/2018, I emailed the seller Monday, 02/12/2018, inquiring on the status of my order. I never heard anything back. I checked the status on Tuesday 02/13/2018 and the shipping label had been created and it stated ready to ship. The item was not received by USPS until Thursday, 02/16/2018 and I received it today, 02/18/2018. If you are going to sell on Jane- be prepared to keep up with the demand and follow through with your paying customers.
