Couldn't fulfill order but didn't let me know until 2 weeks prior to Christmas. This was a gift that was being shipped to me and then me having to ship to a friend and wouldn't have gotten there until after Christmas. Lack of communication.

Was just as described. Very satisfied

I ordered this several weeks ago, and just got an email that the order was cancelled. Now I have less than 3 weeks to try and reorder a personalized gift for my bff.

Very disappointed. My order was canceled because they couldn’t fulfill my order since I guess they were overwhelmed with orders. Displeased to say the least

I waited 3 weeks for this and then was notified that the seller could not fulfill the order. The only reason there is one star is so that I can leave this review. Don't get your hopes up trying to buy one of these. Don't waste your time looking.

Never received. Got an email saying it was cancelled and refunded because the seller couldn't fulfill the order. Yet I can go to Gacelis.com and order the same thing for $10 more with shipping $9.

LIVID!!!!!!!! I don’t even think they deserve 1 star but in order to leave this comment I UNFORTUNATELY had to put one. I ordered two mugs from this seller in ample enough time to receive them before Christmas. Weeks after the order was supposed to ship it still said “processing” so, I reached out to the seller just to make sure everything was alright. Well, IT WAS NOT. A day after inquiring about the package, I received an email stating that my orders had been cancelled, NOT PER MY REQUEST, but hey at least I was refunded! 👍🏼.......SERIOSULY?! I’m supposed to be satisfied with no explanation and my order being cancelled without my knowledge or consent?!?! I was extremely excited to give these as Christmas gifts to my best friends I haven’t seen in 3 years. Cannot BELIEVE how this was handled. I am BEYOND upset and will never be ordering from this seller again. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Said was supposed to ship out in two days, took a week and a half longer, then the day it was sposed to ship, it was cancelled so after being put off for so long, don't even get the item.

Vendor canceled my order without notification and with no reason why. This was for my best friends birthday and she canceled with no warning. This is not the way Jane does business

Ordered a month ago. Contacted seller via email and the response was.."will be shipped in next day's"...that was a week ago and now my order has been cancelled! Funny they are selling these mugs on their IG account for $17 more than Jane price..bet those orders are being filled for $30 a mug!

Never received. Cancelled after weeks

I ordered this mug and after a week received a notification that the shipping had been delayed another week. I waited on the next shipping and now have received a notice that the seller was unable to fill the order. Super disappointing since I was going to use it as a Christmas present. I would no recommend ordering from this seller.

So disappointed!! I ordered 2 of these and I finally had to email them about why it hadn’t shipped only to informed my order was canceled . I waited almost a month , wish I had known earlier so I would have had time to order something else similar before Christmas.

So sad that these gifts were cancelled two weeks before Christmas!

never received my order , it was cancelled 3 weeks after I ordered it and there was no reason given other than the seller could not complete my order. Now I don't have enough time to get anything similar . It was supposed to ship Nov 24th and I didn't know it was cancelled until dec 7th.

I wish I could leave zero stars. I ordered this for Christmas and wasn’t even updated enough to know that I’d be searching for another gifts weeks after placing my order. I don’t think it’s fair to be on Jane and not be able to fulfill your orders. Disappointed to the max. I’ll be thinking twice before ever ordering again.

What a disappointment! As a company, don't go on Jane if you cannot handle the orders or make sure that you can fulfill the orders that you do receive. I purchased two of these for gifts because they looked adorable and today after receiving a delay shipment notice a couple of weeks ago, I received a cancelled notice I am so upset! FRUSTRATED AT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I would give zero stars if I could. After taking my order and waiting two weeks, I have been told that my order is canceled because the seller could not fulfill.

Couldn't even fulfill my order after 3 weeks of waiting...also have YET to receive a refund either. I was so excited to gift this item and now I am just so incredibly disappointed.
