Fast shipping, so obsessed with this mug!

The mug is PERFECT! However, my experience with this seller is not...I placed the order on August 30th, and a shipping label was created on September 8th, but I had yet to receive the mug on September 24th. I emailed the seller on September 24th and received a reply on September 26th stating that my order would be shipped the following day (I received this email after I sent a follow up email on September 26th). I had not received my order on October 13th and sent an email requesting a refund. On October 14th, I received an email that the mug was on its way, the shipping label had been prepared on October 14th, approximately 32 hours after I requested a refund. I love the mug and am happy to have received the mug instead of a refund but I was truly upset by the lack of customer service provided by this company. I understand it was a custom order but it should not have taken almost 2 months to be delivered to me and I should not have to follow up with a company 3 times AND request my money back in order to get my purchase.
